Returns & Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for furniture items are not permitted.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your furniture item is damaged, defective, has missing parts, or does not match the description, please contact us at contact@shreekrafting.in We may ask for supporting information (such as photos or a description of the issue). Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement for eligible items at no extra cost.*
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Reach out to your bank, as processing delays may occur.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
